What to do when camera shows Offline?

1. Reset camera
download the tool from this link and reset the cameras, download IPCamSuitefor wifi camera
Then power on all the cameras and connect them to router by network cables. Run the tool and then click on refresh to search all the ipc.
When they appear, choose them and then click on reset camera.

Hi, have just installed 6 cam NVR kit (bullet type 8 mp grey color) Why Some of cameras are sometimes ok but more often they are offline and NVR kit using phone app cant connect it shows that device offline? What a f…? When I go outside I see cameras are operating the lights and led are blinkink
it’s bipping me of that the camera works on pc but it keep telling me that it is offline on my phone and i have not changed anything.
